Cancellation & Refund Policy
Review the cancellation and refund terms before your order enters fabrication.
Because many Interior Shin products are custom-sized and made to order, cancellations and refunds depend on the production stage of the order.
Orders may be canceled before production begins. Once materials are cut or fabrication starts, custom products may no longer be eligible for cancellation or full refund.
If an item arrives damaged or there is a confirmed production issue, contact us promptly so we can review the order and arrange an appropriate resolution.
